CES, the tech showcase held annually in Las Vegas, highlights what are meant to be the latest and greatest advancements in technology. Things meant to make you go “whoa” many times over, at least according to this year’s official CES billboards. While the products and demos showcased at CES don’t always reflect the technology you’ll be able to buy in the near future, the show does offer a good insight into where tech giants are putting their time and resources.
CES has served as the proving ground for breakthrough technologies for over 50 years and with the current commencement of 2018 CES, THINKWARE has marked the successive participation of 7 years.
THINKWARE has taken this year’s CES show to announce the all new M1, THINKWARE’s first dedicated Motorcycle Cam. The M1 is expected to feature a 1080p front facing camera alongside a sleek, modern build that can be mounted to a wide range of motorcycles. Built-in Wi-Fi will support wireless connectivity via the exclusive THINKWARE Smartphone application, where the user can live stream recordings and back them up directly to their Smart device. The M1 is expected to be housed in a sealed waterproof body, making it ideal for riding in all weather conditions.
The all new Planar sports cam was also announced and will likely hit the market in Q3 or Q4, 2018. This comes as THINKWARE grows and expands into new product categories. Thinkware’s sports cameras are ideal for recording outdoor activities such as riding motorcycles, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Super Night Vision 2.0 and Image Stabilization has been adopted to deliver stable images even on wild and dynamic riding conditions, both day and night.
THINKWARE has incorporated Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functionality across it’s premium range or dash cams since 2015, this year Thinkware will be releasing it’s first dedicated ADAS device to integrate seamlessly with any vehicle. According to Thinkware, the ADAS device’s capabilities include a variety of collision and departure warnings such as Lane Departure Warning System, Front Collision Warning System, Urban Front Collision Warning System, Front Vehicle Departure Alert, Headway Monitoring Warning, Pedestrian Collision Warning, Wrong Way Alert, Driver Attention Alert and Haptic Warning, all of which offer the driver a safer driving experience.
THINKWARE has also announced the latest F70 single channel dash cam, the successor to the F50 dash cam, alongside the F200, the successor of the F100 dash cam. Both will feature innovative technology for consumers on a price budget.
THINKWARE has proved itself, to many consumers, to be a forefront leader within the automotive accessory industry through its innovative products and advanced technology. CES 2018 has been a successful event for THINKWARE to announce it’s latest series of innovative and exciting products expected to enter the market in 2018.
